The process
These parts are essentially hand-made (with some machine help). Post-printing, they are individually smoothed and painted. A steel helicoil is inserted to ensure the plate remains securely fastened once installed. Have a look below to see the work that goes into making these products.

I am a one-man operation and have prepared one batch of these plates that are ready to ship right away. If I find that this is a popular item, I will work at replenishing stock as quickly as possible; however, if demand exceeds my production capabilities, please be aware that shipping may take longer than expected. These products take considerable time to produce, but I will keep the customer informed of any delays.
