WARRANTY:
A 15-day warranty is provided to customers who submit pictures/videos of using proper torque values when installing the products. Within 15 days from the date of tracked delivery, if any failure is experienced with your product, I will send you one free replacement. To obtain the replacement, please send a picture/video of using the proper torque from the initial installation and a picture of the failure point. Note that only the defective plate will be sent; no hardware.
